Established in 1989 in Melbourne Billing Bureau specialises in revenue management systems for high volume, event based products and services.

In 2019 our team developed GenexIMS, a comprehensive infringement management platform that allows councils, universities, hospitals, retail centres and parking providers to take control of their infringement processing and automate and streamline their processes. GenexIMS is used by councils across Australia.  Parking services customers include Care Park Australia, NCA and Ports North.

Billing Bureau processes nearly half a billion transactions annually, issuing over $20 million worth of invoices and notices per month.  We aspire to deliver better financial and human outcomes using technology and automation.
